  • At the start of every collaboration both parties have to agree on how to shape and organize their relationship, from a practical and legal point of view. Particularly when it concerns innovative or creative projects it is important to establish some basic principles, including the organisation of the intellectual property rights attached to the project.

    PIVOT offers guidance to both parties as an impartial mediator in order to facilitate a collaborative and sustainable relationship that is legally sound. A transparent and open communication about the contract terms excludes any fine print, misunderstanding and limits the chance of a (legal) dispute in the future.

  • In one or more open meetings with both parties at the table, and, if necessary, in separate meetings with each of the parties, PIVOT will guide the conversation to a constructive debate to lay the (legal) foundations of their collaboration.
